Care & support systems

Students

Our student support systems are designed to ensure that our students settle well into college; are successful as a student and feel supported in college and in wider life at all times. Each student has a Personal Supervisor to support them directly to achieve the best they can and to help overcme any barriers.  The personal supervisor monitors attendance and helps students access any specialiist support such as finance or welfare.
There are many key moments of decision during each student's time at college and we seek to support everybody at these times and we encourage the involvement of those who support the student at home.

 

Your Feedback

The college welcomes feedback in all aspects of our work, including where individuals feel the need to complain.  A dedicated e-mail address is available to enable feedback and complaints to be sent directly to the appropriate senior manager and this is experience@regent-college.ac.uk  A copy of our complaints policy and processes are also available to download: Complaints Policy Feb 2014
