A generous group of students have been using their passion for fashion and musical talent to raise funds for good causes over the past few months.
They have been singing solos, dancing and performing in bands at a number of charity events.
A group of students also decided to take up the art of henna in a Mendhi Masterclass, to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation. Students have raised cash for Children in Need, by organising a Cultural Diversity Fashion Show. During the night, students showed off their modelling skills as they took to the catwalk wearing Asian, African and English fashions.
Kapil Boodhoo, Student Enrichment Officer at Regent, said: “Students recently raised over £140.00 for the Glenfield Breast Cancer Centre. Roopa from the Student Council presented a cheque to centre staff.
